CURRENT POSITIONS
Accountable for specification, design and verification of mixed-signal and RF chains/blocks including power amplifiers, line drivers, low noise amplifiers, transmit and receive mixers, frequency synthesizer, base-band amplifiers and filters, voltage regulators and band-gap circuits, phase-locked loops (PLLs) and delayed-lock loops (DLLs), data converters (DACs/ADCs), and switched-capacitor circuits. Work closely with digital and system engineers to optimize the system.
Education, Experience & Skills:Master's/Bachelor's Degree in engineering from a reputable college. 1 - 8 years of experience in analog transistor-level design in deep sub-micron CMOS. Knowledge of integrated mixed-signal circuits, RF system and architecture is desired. Should take complete ownership of IPs from specification derivation till production. Experience in SPICE and MATLAB simulations is a must. Familiarity with digital signal processing and ESD protection techniques is a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and integrate communication/networking protocol stack software on reference platform(s). Interfacing with physical layer, hardware accelerators, other peripherals or interfacing with (embedded Linux) networking applications, gateways, IPSec etc. Work closely with teams in the areas of architecture, design, implementation, performance optimization and validation of different communication devices. Using profiling, testing and other embedded software tools.
Education, Experience & Skills:
Master's/Bachelor's Degree in engineering from a reputable college. 1 - 10 years of experience as a protocol engineer. Hands on experience in networking/communication protocol development, integration and validation. Good understanding of wireless systems components and their interaction and implementation. Familiarity/working knowledge of embedded Linux based systems is a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for design and development of Communication/Signal Processing algorithms as part of an overall system design. Work closely with the team to implement and verify different algorithms in hardware and software.
Education, Experience & Skills:
Master's/Bachelor's Degree in engineering from a reputable college. Ph.D degree is preferred. 1 - 14 years of experience in PHY layer algorithm development. Design experience in PHY architecture for wireless as well as PHY system simulation & verification experience. Working knowledge of wireless communication algorithms is desired. Good mathematical ability, excellent understanding of signal processing and wireless communication theory is desired. Strong proficiency in MATLAB & C/C++ is a must. Understanding of wireless standards and its physical layer would be a plus.
Accountable for specification, design and verification of different peripherals, interconnects, network accelerators, signal processing accelerators and SOC hardware IP based on different standards. Work closely with firmware and system engineers to test the system on FPGA and other platforms.
Education, Experience & Skills:Master's/Bachelor's Degree in engineering from a reputable college. 1 - 8 years of experience in RTL design, functional verification and SOC-level verification. In depth knowledge of Verilog/System Verilog is required. Proficiency with Verification methodologies like OVM or UVM and solid debugging skills is desired. Thorough knowledge of Digital timing and synthesis concepts is a must. Knowledge of MIPS/ARM processors and interfaces such as AHB, APB, AXI. Experience with industry standard synthesis and simulation tools is desired. Knowledge of FPGA systems and debugging the system on FPGA is desired.
Develop software (in 'C') to manage and control digital hardware blocks to implement wireless communication standards physical layer. Hardware <=> software partitioning, interfacing and combined validation. Implement/utilize low level software services like ISRs, timers, mutex, etc. Work closely with teams in the areas of micro-architecture, design, implementation, performance/power/area optimization and validation of different communication IPs. Using profiling, testing and other tools for firmware development.
Education, Experience & Skills:Master's/Bachelor's Degree in engineering from a reputable college. 1 - 10 years of experience as a firmware engineer. Hands on experience in firmware or embedded software development. Good understanding of wireless standards and its physical layer. Communications theory/digital signal processing (DSP) background would be a plus. Familiarity/working knowledge of RTOS and ARM/MIPS based systems is a plus.
Involves in Full Custom Layout Design of highly complex mixed-signal blocks, high speed Analog/RF blocks, interface blocks and digital blocks. Has to work closely with the Analog/RF and the Digital team to tape out ultra-efficient designs. Knowledge of PCB layout is a plus.
Education, Experience & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical engineering from a reputable college. Must be strong in Electrical Network Analysis with knowledge of integrated mixed-signal circuits and RF circuits. Must be familiar with CMOS fabrication technologies, Electro-Migration rules, ESD protection circuits and IC packaging. Must have very good Spatial Reasoning skills.
Design and development of Communication SoC hardware platforms. Hardware test and demonstration of Communication SoCs. Bench test and parametric characterization of analog/RF chips.
Education, Experience & Skills:Master's/Bachelor's Degree in engineering from a reputable college. 1 - 8 years of experience in System Hardware design, development and testing. Experience in development of high performance FPGA/ASIC based communication or similar systems. Experience in end to end design of communication boards including RF is desired. Understanding of wireless standards would be a plus.
